For help with the app, email [email protected]. Include the app version, device model, operating system version, and a short description of what happened.
Daily Machiavelli remembers the daily arc and reader position on the device. If the app was deleted or device storage was cleared, local progress may not be recoverable.
The app ships with an offline content bundle and can refresh from a static remote bundle when one is configured. If a refresh fails, the bundled or cached content remains available.
Check iOS notification permission, Focus mode, and the app's daily delivery setting if the daily passage does not appear at the expected time.
If paid features are enabled, purchases are processed by Apple. Use Restore Purchases in the app before contacting support about missing access.
Narration depends on the audio file being available and the device's playback settings. Try a stable connection first, then relaunch the app if playback controls stop responding.
